 A training session for anyone who leads a group, teaches a class, facilitates a home group or would like to learn to do any of these things will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Feb. 19 in the Founders Room.

Join others for this time of convesation, refrshments and comparing ideas about leading effective group experiences in a discussion led by Pastor Jim Smith.

Among the topics and techniques to be included:

• Crafting questions to get people to think
• Handling touch questions
• When to let the conversation drift
• How and when to steer a conversation back on topic
